Who we are
SKEEPER is run by the SK (Sangguniang Kabataan). This site helps youth and residents borrow shared equipment and supplies in a clear and fair way.
The system keeps records of what is available, what is borrowed, and when items should be returned.
Our goals
- Make borrowing requests easy for the community.
- Help SK officers and staff track inventory and returns.
- Support honest and transparent service under SK leadership.
How the system works
